Ride For A Child - round 2

Higher Health is back at it for round two of Ride For A Child. The first Ride For A Child was an event full of tears, laughs, and a lot of sweat. It also sold out quick so don't miss your chance for this SOUL-ful experience. 

Jenna and Britt, two highly inspiring ladies, will be leading us through this candlelit ride. The children at Seattle Children's Hospital are the toughest little humans we know so it is time to be strong for them! Each bike will sponsor a child at Seattle Children's Hospital.

Last time we raised over $1,000, but we aren't ready to stop there! We are asking for a minimum $40 donation per bike. Extra donations will be accepted in the form of cash or check (made out to Seattle Children's Hospital) on the day of the event. 

It's St. Patrick's day so come wearing all green and let's make it a lucky day for these children!

The holidays are over, but the giving shouldn't be. Higher Health Spine + Sport and Kinetic Sports Rehab have teamed up to bring you a very special charity ride at Soulcycle on January 21st at 2pm. Each bike will sponsor a specific child at Seattle Children's Hospital. 

SoulCycle is a 45-minute indoor cycling class that features high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, and rhythm-based choreography. But it’s so much more than just a workout — it’s a powerful mind-body experience. We ride together as a pack in candlelit studios to the rhythm of one-of-a-kind playlists. We’re coached by magnetic instructors, who support us, coach us and push us to reach our personal bests.

This ride will be lead by BOTH Earl Benjamin and Evan Arbour, so you are sure to leave with all of the feels. Each bike will be a minimum $40 donation. Following the ride will be juice tastings from Jujubeet Juice.
