Join us at Bassline Fitness Kirkland for a Post-workout Foam Rolling and Stretching Clinic.
First, at 6pm, get your sweat on at either at The Mash Up (The MashUp offers 40 Spinning bikes, 12 non-motorized Woodway treadmills, 10 Krankcycles and two rowers) OR Lean425 (an interval training workout that mixes cardio with strength training)
After the classes, Dr. Pauline Haugen will be teaching an interactive workshop on how to properly stretch and use a foam roller to get the most benefit from your post-workout cool down. Foam Rollers are provided and will be available for purchase after the class.
