Enjoy a little spice in your life the healthy way this season with a delicious and protein-packed smoothie that will have you in the Halloween mood. Rich, creamy and totally vegan, this is a perfect mid-day pick-me-up or morning breakfast on-the-go.
1/2 cup Organic Pumpkin puree
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup Almond, cashew, or nut milk of choice
3 organic Dates
1/2 teaspoon Natural vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 pinch each of nutmeg, ginger, and cloves
6 Ice cubes (optional)
Simply add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy the taste of fall!
