Soups to Boost Your Metabolism

It’s Soup Season!

soups for metabolism

There’s something about a warm, hearty soup to warm the soul as the days get colder. Cozy up with some of our favorite soups that are not only tasty, but great for boosting a healthy metabolism. Hint - some of these do contain spices, which increase calorie burn. Studies show that capsaicin — a compound in chiles — revs up the body’s metabolism and may boost fat burning.

In addition to metabolism burning foods, we recommend ProFunction Burn Green Tea Extract, which can be taken daily to regulate healthy blood sugar and burn fat daily. Green tea is also a great supplement to take during winter months to increase your immunity to germs.
