The leaves change with the season, and so should your smoothies! Mix up your morning treat with a seasonal fan-favorite: pumpkin pie. This plant-based protein pumpkin pie smoothie tastes so good, you won’t even believe it’s also packed with nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin unsweetened

  • 1/2 cup oats old fashioned or quick-cooking

  • 1 banana

  • 1 apple, sliced

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 scoops scoop vanilla vStrong Protein

  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal

  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

  • Pinch of salt

  • Vanilla stevia or natural sweetener of choice to taste

  • Ice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except the ice in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth - about 45 seconds.

  2. Add ice and continue pureeing until you reach desired consistency.
