Learn how to make a beautiful and healthy Thanksgiving feast for your loved ones this year with the help of not one but two nutritionists! Dr. Deanna Mutzel and Lauren Chambers will join forces September 27th to teach 15 lucky participants how to create a healthy Thanksgiving feast to send out 2018. Attendees will not only learn how to make each dish, but will also get to enjoy them in a special pre-Thanksgiving feast.
Dishes will include The Perfect Roasted Turkey, vegan cauliflower "notato" mash, paleo yam casserole, crudite with roasted squash hummus, no-sugar-added cranberry sauce, low-carb vegan pumpkin ginger cheesecake, low-carb ginger bread and a chocolate paleo treat. All detailed recipes will be provided to attendees.
