Protein Fall Recipes Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup alternative milk

  • 1 tablespoon of pure organic pumpkin puree

  • 8 oz. of freshly brewed coffee

  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey

  • 1 pinch of powdered ginger

  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon

  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

Directions

  1. Pour hot coffee and ProGlow YOUTHFUL into the blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.

  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend on high until frothy.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tablespoons of butter

  • 4 egg whites 

  • 1 cup of pure pumpkin puree

  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice 

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Optional Toppings:

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in a large bowl
